Happy 8 months!

I can't believe how the months are just flying by! It seems like our girl is changing by the day and is constantly learning new things. And for every new little skill she masters like pulling herself up or feeding herself a Cheerio we clap and cheer and she flashes her big two-tooth grin in delight. Happy 8 months baby, we love you!

Bass Lake

This week we are in Bass Lake, California enjoying a little family vacation time. So far it has been a blast! It feels like we've done so much but we are only halfway through. On day one we spent the day at the lake; soaking up the sun and cooling off in the water. It was great to just relax because we had driven through the night and arrived at 4:30 am! Talia loves being in the water so she was as happy as a clam and loved her day at the lake.

I set out some pots and spoons for Talia on the kitchen floor and she loved it! It's her new favorite game :)

Now that Talia has learned to pull herself she just loves to hang out in her crib and hold onto the rails.
